Triangle of Sadness, in which the famous Woody Harrelson finds himself in the role of an angry Marxist that happens to be the cruise ship captain for the super-rich, is a kind of critique of the modern world in the true Estlundian manner. The film is set in the world of high fashion, where we meet a couple of models at the crossroads of their careers. They have been invited on a luxury cruise as Instagram influencers to further add to the glamour of the unusual and, above all, overly rich group of people on the yacht. When the yacht sinks, they are stranded on a desert island with a group of billionaires and a cleaning lady. In a struggle to survive on the island, old social hierarchies collapse and overturn.
