Tony is a bright kid – in every sense of the word. Because of this, his parents are too controlling and keep him in a kind of isolation, not letting him take a helmet off his glowing head, or to leave the house. Others find the light he possesses odd; some even want to harm him. In fact, they are just jealous because after years of darkness in which they live in the old house, with an angry housekeeper, they simply do not understand his light. Until one day, Shelly, the daughter of a famous former ballerina who never got off the stage in her mind, comes to Tony’s neighborhood. Tony and Shelly, as only children can, rise together against the paralyzing rules of the environment they live in and shed light on the old building.
